Esther Rojas

Esther Rojas is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in healthcare and program management. Currently, Esther serves as Program Manager at Migrant Clinicians Network, following roles as Project Coordinator and Project Associate within the same organization since July 2021. Prior to this, Esther worked as Front of House Assistant Manager at Ginger House from January 2018 to July 2021, where responsibilities included management, serving, and bartending. Esther's career in healthcare began at Peninsula Regional Medical Center as a Certified Nursing Assistant from January 2016 to February 2018, focusing on the Cardiopulmonary step-down unit and intensive care settings, while also serving as a certified preceptor. Esther earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Salisbury University (2019-2021) and an Associate of Science in Biology from Wor-Wic Community College (2014-2016).
