Every day,  thousands of us, migrant workers, who hold valid work permits issued by States, are recruited overseas by gangmasters licensees and holders of authority, including 'good' employers criminals. We are transported through safe, legal migration routes, for labour exploitation and criminal exploitation across Europe. You see us in various industries such as agriculture, and social care, but you do not pay attention because we hold work permits.

From the international community-led hybrid modality of emergency response and developmental aid schemes such as the Jordan and Ethiopia Compacts, which aim to turn “warehoused ” refugees into development opportunities, to sponsorship licences designed to control our access to the  labour market, or temporary workers’ schemes to address the labour shortage skills in the UK, and the right to work checks to fight illegal working, State(s)sponsored Labour migration practices create legal human trafficking for legal exploitation,which constitutes an internationally wrongful act entailing the State's international responsibility under the 2001 International Law Commission Articles on the Responsibility of States for Internationally Wrongful Acts (‘ARSIWA)
