Branimir Hlad

Branimir Hlad has extensive experience in the energy industry, with their most recent role as the Head of Pricing & Wholesale at Migrol AG starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they held various roles at SOCAR Energy Switzerland, starting in January 2015, including Business Unit Leader, Business Development Manager, and Head of Asset Management. Branimir'sresponsibilities included leading the LPG business unit and managing business development. Before joining SOCAR Energy Switzerland, Branimir worked at BP Europa SE from February 2007 to November 2014, where they held roles such as Trading & Supply Manager, Strategy Manager, Portfolio Manager, and Analyst. Additionally, they served as a Project Manager for Asset Management in Fuels retail and as the Team Lead for Trading & Supply in Vienna.

Branimir Hlad has a diverse education history. In 2003, they began their studies at the University of Bern, where they obtained a degree in Real Estate Process Management in 2007. In 2020, they attended the IE Business School, specializing in Channel Management and Retailing. The same year, they also pursued further education at Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT), focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions. Branimir then expanded their knowledge in 2021 by attending Duke University for a course on Oil & Gas Operations, Technology, and Markets. Additionally, they studied Politics and Economics of International Energy at Sciences Po in the same year. Most recently, in 2021 and 2022, Branimir pursued a Global MBA with a focus on Innovation & Digital Transformation at thePower Business School. Alongside their formal education, Branimir has obtained various certifications in subjects such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Oil & Gas Industry Operations, Technology and Markets, Politics and Economics of International Energy, and Channel Management and Retailing from reputable institutions.
