Colin Frei

Colin Frei is an experienced professional currently serving as an employee-elected Board member at Migros-Gruppe since June 2023, where responsibilities include shaping the group strategy and governance while advocating for the interests of 100,000 employees. As an Agile Leader and SAFe Architect at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund since May 2021, Colin focuses on enhancing technical foundations for agility and sustainability across multiple teams. Colin previously contributed significantly to Liip over a decade in various roles, including Company Co-Lead, where efforts were concentrated on promoting self-management and organizational evolution. Earlier career experiences include positions at Internet Brands, Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd, and Hero Group, which laid a strong technical foundation. Colin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz and completed education at Wirtschaftsmittelschule Aarau, with ongoing development at The Coaching Company.
