Dominic Bossard

Dominic Bossard has a diverse work experience starting in 1994. Dominic began their career as an Assistant Manager in Organization and Quality Assurance at Soudronic AG and later worked as a Manager of Organization at Actebis AG. In 2002, they became an SAP Consultant at SLI Consulting before joining Fachhochschule Aargau as the Deputy Head of Finance. In 2005, Dominic joined Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund, where they held various positions, including Financial Controller, Marketing Controlling Manager, Department Head of BI Solutions, Area Manager of Business Partner Management Retail, and Head of Business Unit Corporate Solutions. Their most recent role at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund started in June 2022 as the Head of Business Partner Management for Operations Technology.

Dominic Bossard has a comprehensive education history that spans several institutions and programs. In 1998, they attended Fachhochschule Aargau and pursued a degree in Betriebsökonom FH with a specialization in Controlling, completing their studies in 2001. In 2002, they enrolled in Fachhochschule Aargau again for a Nachdiplomkurs in Personalführung, which they completed in 2003.

Continuing their education, Dominic joined the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in 2008 to pursue a Master of Advanced Studies in Strategic Management and Leadership. This degree was completed in 2011.

In 2017, Dominic returned to the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW for the CAS Digital Business Development program, which they finished in 2018.

In 2020, they attended the Migros-Gruppe and completed the Advanced Management Program Ambition.

Most recently, in 2022, Dominic pursued further education in CAS Agile Leadership at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW.

In addition to their formal education, Dominic has obtained several certifications. These include Exin Agile Business Professional from EXIN in December 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in October 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Lean Portfolio Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2020, ITIL Foundation V3 from Digicomp Academy AG in February 2014, and Seminar Agiles Projektmanagement from Spol AG, Steinhausen in March 2013.
