Raphael Looser

Raphael Looser is an experienced professional in energy management and project engineering, currently serving as Fachbereichsleiter Energiebewirtschaftung at Migros-Genossenschafts-Bund since July 2019, after holding roles such as Senior PL and Projektleiter in the same field. Prior to this, Raphael held the position of Projektingenieur/ -leiter at TEP Energy GmbH, focusing on energy efficiency projects and modeling. Raphael's experience also includes work as a Projektingenieur at Bundesamt für Umwelt BAFU, where tasks involved developing numerical models for flood protection, and roles at UBS related to responsible supply chain management. With an educational background that includes a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from ETH Zürich and various certifications in energy optimization, Raphael combines technical expertise with a strong foundation in sustainability and environmental impact assessments.
