Can Alptekin

Can Alptekin has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Can started their career as an Intern Engineer at 5A Bilgisayar Yazılım in 2008. Can then interned at Turk Telekom in 2009. Later, in 2011, they worked as an ERP Consultant at Ozcelik Steel. Can gained experience as a Software Engineer at Mercure Hotel Tilburg Centrum from 2008 to 2010. Can then joined Turk Telekom in 2012 as an Application Management Specialist. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Senior DevOps Engineer at ING Türkiye. Can also worked at Doğuş Teknoloji as a DevOps Architect from 2017 to 2019, where they gained experience in AWS and Microsoft Azure Cloud Platforms, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and DevOps tooling. Currently, since 2019, they hold the position of Head of DevOps at Migros Ticaret.

Can Alptekin holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Computer Engineer from Girne American University. Prior to that, they attended Aydın Süper Lisesi, focusing on Science and Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Alptekin obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in 2021, and is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
