Erdem Kızıltaş

Erdem Kızıltaş serves as the Training Technologies & Planning Technical Manager at Migros Ticaret A.Ş. since February 2011, overseeing the deployment of learning technologies and strategies for over 45,000 employees. Responsibilities include managing six e-learning platforms, leading a creative team to produce e-learning content, and handling KPI management and budget planning for the Migros Retail Academy. Prior roles at Migros included Training Technologies & Planning Manager, Training Technologies Supervisor, HR Planning Supervisor, and HR Planning Specialist, where Erdem focused on workforce planning and performance management. Before joining Migros, Erdem gained experience as a freelance video producer and as an SAP Consultant at Bimsa. Erdem holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Sabanci University and a Bachelor of Science in Sciences from a German High School.
