Eli Calderon is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive management experience in the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Miguelitos Mexican Grill since March 2024, Eli has previously held notable positions including General Manager at Rudy's "Country Store" and Bar-B-Q from December 2020 to March 2024, and General Manager at Crooked Branch JW Marriott TPC from June 2018 to February 2020. With a solid foundation in management roles at well-known establishments such as Truluck's Seafood, Steak and Crab House, Pappas Bros Steakhouse, and Perry's Steakhouse & Grille, Eli combines practical experience with academic credentials, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
