Bryan Bohme

Bryan Bohme is a finance executive with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Finance and M&A at MiTek since February 2022. Prior to this role, Bryan held various positions at MiTek Inc., a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, including Vice President of Corporate Development and Director of Corporate Development from February 2017 to March 2022. Earlier in Bryan's career, roles included M&A and Business Analyst in Corporate Development and Senior Associate in M&A Transaction Services at PwC, where Bryan worked from September 2012 to February 2017. Bryan holds a master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Missouri-Columbia, completed between 2006 and 2012.
