Hayley Bird

Hayley Bird is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources for EMEA at MiTek since December 2021. Prior to this role, Bird held the position of Senior HR Manager for the Life Safety Division at Eaton from May 2015 to December 2021, supporting multiple global product lines and business partnering with senior teams across five UK sites. Earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager at Heathcoat Fabrics Limited from April 2006 to April 2015, where Bird led HR initiatives during a period of transformation. Hayley Bird holds an Integrated Therapeutic Counselling degree from Listening Post, an MSc in Strategic HR Management from Nottingham Business School, a post-graduate diploma in Personnel & Development from the University of Plymouth, and a BSc in Psychology combined with Criminal Justice from the University of Plymouth.
