Natalie also has a Postgraduate Degree (Level 7) in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications. Prior to their postgraduate studies, they completed an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management from SA Board of People Practices in 2017-2018. In 2010-2013, they obtained a National Diploma in Human Resource Management from SA Board for People Practices.
