Jeffrey H. is an accomplished Plant Manager with extensive experience in operations management across various industries. Currently serving at MiTek since May 2022, Jeffrey previously held the role of Plant Manager at Oldcastle Infrastructure from 2017 to April 2022, where responsibilities included optimizing daily operations and enhancing production efficiency. Prior to that, as Assistant Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager at Freudenberg Performance Materials from 2015 to 2017, Jeffrey focused on process modification and team performance improvement through Lean methodologies. Jeffrey's career began at Boeing, where, as Senior Production Manager from 2005 to 2015, significant production increases were achieved along with effective cost-saving initiatives. Jeffrey holds Executive Education in Lean Six Sigma and Supply Chain Leadership from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
