Mika Laine

Mika Laine is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in managing and directing operations across various industries. Since March 2019, Mika has served as the Managing Director of MiTek Finland Oy, specializing in manufacturing and selling connector plates as well as providing support for truss design software in Finland. Previous roles include Managing Director at Fagerhult Oy, overseeing sales for indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, and managing director positions at Akzo Nobel Coatings Oy and Wienerberger Oy Ab, focusing on coatings and construction materials. Mika's career also includes strategic roles at Tarkett and financial management positions at Imation and 3M. Education was completed at Hanken School of Economics, complemented by earlier schooling at Mattlidens Gymnasium and other institutions.
