Rob Donley

Rob Donley, P.E., MBA, serves as Principal Project Manager at MiTek since March 2024 and is also the Principal at R&D First LLC since June 2020, where notable contributions include a manufacturability review of a prostate biopsy and imaging device aimed at supporting intellectual property acquisition. Prior roles include Senior Director of R&D at CRATIV Engineered Packaging and Engineering Manager - Operations at Terumo BCT. With extensive experience as a Project Manager and Mechanical Engineer across various companies, including Plexus Corp. and GE Healthcare, Rob has a strong background in medical device development, engineering operations, and portable power generation. Rob holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
