Ryan Smith

Ryan Smith, S.E. is an accomplished engineering leader currently serving as Vice President of Engineering & Global Design Engagement at MiTek, where Ryan leads a team dedicated to supporting global customers in key building supply chains. Previously, as Vice President of Global Design Engagement, Ryan managed a global team focused on partnering with structural engineers, architects, and contractors to promote off-site building methods. Prior experience includes leadership as Director at SidePlate Systems, Inc. and technical roles at Hilti and EwingCole.
