Katie Miner

Katie Miner is a Legislative Policy Analyst at the Utah Association of Counties, a position held since September 2023. Previously, Katie served as a Public Information Officer and Policy Analyst at the Utah Governor's Office of Planning and Budget from January 2021 to January 2023. Additionally, Katie was the Deputy Campaign Manager and Finance Director for Cox for Governor from March 2019 to January 2021. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Political Science with a minor in Anticipatory Intelligence and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from Utah State University, where studies were completed from 2016 to 2020.
