Between April 2017 and January 2020, Yubenal worked as Operations Supervisor at F-Wave Roofing, and previously at Sealed Air Corporation from March 2005 to April 2017, progressing through roles such as Team Performance Leader, Logistics Supervisor, Production Supervisor, and Extrusion Operator. Yubenal's education includes ongoing studies at Texas Christian University and an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Tarrant County College, along with additional training from Texas Career Center.
