Shanon Tijmes

Shanon Tijmes has extensive experience in onboarding, customer care, and graphic design. Currently serving as Enterprise Onboarding Manager at Miinto since December 2018, Shanon has successfully welcomed and onboarded new partners while facilitating effective communication between partners and stakeholders. Previously, roles included Onboarding Specialist for Benelux & Norway and various customer care positions at Elkjop Nordic AS, where Shanon managed B2C communication channels. Earlier experience includes routine care as a nursing assistant at Fredrikstad kommune, and graphic design internships at The Media Office and WitchWorld B.V., alongside administrative work at Amsta. Shanon holds an MBO4 degree in Graphic Design from ROC Flevoland and a VMBO-TL/MAVO degree in Economics and Administration from OSG Echnaton.
