Michelle Wardian is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the outdoor and apparel industry. As President and Chief Strategy Officer of Youngone North America since 1996, Michelle has driven long-term partnerships and shareholder value within a $3B multinational OEM. Concurrently, as a Board Member at MiiR and an Advisory Board Member at Superfeet Worldwide, Michelle contributes to strategic growth initiatives. Michelle's leadership at Outdoor Research resulted in a sales increase to $110M and the implementation of best-in-class standards across company functions. Additionally, as Board Chair of Camber Outdoors, Michelle advanced workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the $887 billion Outdoor Recreation Economy. An alumnus of the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Michelle also possesses a robust background in supply chain management and merchandising from Eddie Bauer.
