Tiffany Ong

Tiffany Ong serves as the Senior Vice President of Impact and People at MiiR, where responsibilities include accelerating social impact strategies, driving operational excellence, and coaching project managers. Previously, Tiffany held various leadership roles, including Director of Project Management at MiiR, Hospitalist & Anesthesiology Program Manager and Program Administrator at Northwest Hospital & Medical Center, and Head Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach at The Bush School. Additional experience includes project management and product development roles at Chef'n Corporation and event supervision at the Pacific Science Center. Tiffany holds a Master of Arts in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Biology from Clark University.
