Leonardo Cortina

Leonardo Cortina has extensive experience in the finance and leasing industry. Since 2016, they have been the Founder & CEO of miituo. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director of Element Fleet Management (formerly as GE Capital Fleet Services Mexico) from 2015 to 2012, and Managing Director Fleet Services Mexico for GE Capital from 2012 to 2006. From 2006 to 2003, they worked for Facileasing (Subsidiary of BBVA Group) as Commercial Director, Operations Director, and CFO. Before that, they worked as an Associate for Dadoo & Asociados, an Investment Banking Firm, from 2003 to 2006.

Leonardo Cortina's education history includes attending Colegio Simon Bolivar from 1991 to 1994, Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained an Administracion de Empresas degree in Finanzas, and the University of Leeds from 2002 to 2003, where they obtained an MBA in Finanance. Additionally, they were awarded a Chevening Awards in 2002.
