Roy Schouwenaars has extensive experience in management and leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Teammanager Facilitair at Mijzo since July 2022, responsible for managing facility teams across three healthcare locations, including coaching staff in departments such as Restaurant and Reception. Previously, Roy held the position of Teamlead Retail at Efteling from April 2015 to July 2022, overseeing nine retail locations and approximately 130 employees, with a focus on profit and loss responsibilities. Additional experience includes roles at Chasin' and JR Evenementen, where Roy demonstrated skills in team management, event organization, and e-commerce strategy. Roy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences, where research contributed to the field of social quality in living environments.
