Nico Ray Ramadhana Prabowo is a Quality Management Officer at Mikatasa since September 2022, managing ISO 9001:2015 documentation and conducting internal audits. As the owner of Kedai Mang Tobor, a traditional spicy food establishment, Nico has been in this role since July 2019. Previous experience includes serving as a 5R/5S Internal Auditor, Management Representative, and Document Controller at PT Mitramulia Makmur, with responsibilities in auditing, maintaining quality systems, and preparing for external audits from October 2020 to September 2022. Additionally, Nico worked as a Choir Instructor at Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya Senior High School and as a Monitoring Staff at PT. Laban Raya Samodra. An education in Industrial Engineering was completed at Universitas Surabaya from 2015 to 2019.
