Canon J. Thomas, Esq. is an experienced attorney currently serving as a Litigation Attorney at Mike Morse Law Firm, focusing on assisting accident victims. As a Co-Founder of ReliveTheBAR since 2015, Canon has fostered community among students of color in higher education through various initiatives, including a book scholarship fund that has provided over 300 free textbooks. Previous roles include serving as an attorney at The Thomas Firm, where the focus was on helping clients manage financial issues, and as a Bankruptcy Attorney at Clarke Law PLLC. Canon's legal journey began as a Law Clerk and Owner of CanonTax, specializing in tax return preparation and education. Additionally, Canon held the position of Western Region Attorney General for the National Black Law Students Association, advocating for social change and educational initiatives. Canon J. Thomas holds a Doctor of Law degree from Western State College of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Michigan.
