John Helm

John Helm is an experienced construction management professional with a diverse background in project oversight and leadership roles. Currently serving as Project Manager at Mike Schaap Builders, Inc. since December 2021, John Helm has a strong history as National Director at ATP Restoration and previously held the position of Project Superintendent at The Christman Company, managing construction projects for Wyoming Public Schools. Prior experience includes serving as Superintendent at Rockford Construction, overseeing land development to turnkey projects for big box retail, and managing retail construction for 47 Walgreens stores across four states. John Helm holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Harper College, obtained between 1980 and 1982.
