Paul Dahm

Paul Dahm is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the customer service and sales sectors. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager and formerly a Shift Manager at Mike's Carwash since December 2016, Paul has a proven track record in leading customer-focused teams to achieve quarterly sales goals and coaching team members in key skills such as sales, teamwork, and customer service. Previous roles include Sales Audit Intern, where Paul conducted financial audits across more than 35 locations, and Sales Associate, responsible for maintaining lot conditions and selling carwash services. Additionally, Paul gained leadership experience as a Restaurant Director at Chick-fil-A Restaurants in 2023. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from Miami University and a High School Diploma from St. Xavier High School.
