Timothy Ciesialka is a motivated associate at Mike's Carwash, where effective sales strategies have led to persuading over 200 customers per week, achieving success in sales competitions, and supporting managers and colleagues to enhance operational efficiency since June 2020. Prior involvement as a member of Future Business Leaders of America provided Timothy with valuable business knowledge during high school from August 2017 to May 2021. Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a focus on Public Financial Management at O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, Timothy's educational journey began with a high school diploma from Saint Joseph High School in May 2021.
