Julie Lee has held a variety of positions in the finance and operations industry. Julie began their career in 2000 as an Assistant Client Account Manager at Bessemer Trust. In 2002, they joined Italian Wine Merchants as a Sales Associate, and was promoted to Controller and Director of Operations, and then to Controller. In 2011, they joined Eataly as a Controller. In 2017, they founded Organic Kitchen Spa. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed as Senior Director of Finance at Mike's Hot Honey.
Julie Lee obtained a High School Diploma from Stuyvesant High School. Julie then attended Cornell University, where they earned a Certificate in Finance and Financial Management Services in 2013. Julie then attended Columbia University, where they earned a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Strategy from Columbia University. Julie then attended General Assembly, before earning their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Business School in 2018. Additionally, they are a Notary Public for the State of New York.
