Foodservice account manager - New business development at Mike's Hot Honey

Maegan Delson has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Maegan started their career as a Cook at Snapchef Culinary Staffing and Training Agency in 2015. Maegan then worked as a Pastry Chef at Castle Hill Inn - Relais & Chateaux, where they were responsible for managing various pastry-related tasks. After that, they worked as a Pastry Cook at G pub and then as a Farmers Market Sales Person at Olga's Cup and Saucer. In 2016, they joined Tallulah's Taquiera as a Server. Maegan then moved on to Compass Group and worked as a Manager in Training before becoming a Cafe Manager. In 2020, they became a Team Manager at Levain Bakery, where they provided excellent customer service and trained team members. Maegan then worked as a Front Of House Manager at Matter House in 2021. In 2022, they joined Industrious as a Member Experience Manager, overseeing member satisfaction. Their most recent work experience is as a Foodservice Account Manager - New Business Development at Mike's Hot Honey, starting in 2023.

Maegan Delson attended Johnson & Wales University from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Baking and Pastry Arts/Baker/Pastry Chef. In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications. In January 2018, they became certified in ServSafe Allergen from ServSafe Certified. Maegan also holds a TAP certification, achieved in February 2015, from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP). Most recently, in August 2020, they obtained the ServSafe Food Handler certification from ServSafe Certified.
