Taylor Gananian has a diverse work experience, starting with a role in grassroots field intern at Washington Alliance for Gun Responsibility in 2013. They then worked as a student intern at The Washington Center, followed by an internship in strategic planning and performance at the United States Marshals Service. In 2014, Taylor served as a wish department intern at the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Alaska and Washington. From 2015 to 2017, they held roles as a sales operations associate and operations & logistics analyst at Sir Kensington's. In 2018, Taylor joined Mike's Hot Honey, initially working in operations before transitioning to the role of retail sales manager. Their most recent position is as the national sales manager at Mike's Hot Honey.
