Juha Kauppinen

Juha Kauppinen is an experienced professional in the field of Blue Economy and technology development, currently serving as Coordinator at the City of Mikkeli since August 2022, focusing on R&D and business initiatives related to recycling municipal waters. Prior to this role, Juha Kauppinen was a Coordinator at Mikkeli Development Miksei Ltd for nearly six years and held various leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer, at the Innovation and Technology Centre miktech Ltd from 2007 to 2016. Juha Kauppinen's early career includes roles at the University of Jyväskylä as Industrial Coordinator and at Nanoway Ltd as Chief Executive Officer. Juha Kauppinen holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree and a Master of Science degree in Physics, both from the University of Jyväskylä.
