Sandeep Jindal is an accomplished professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Customer Experience at Miko since March 2022. Under Sandeep's leadership, customer self-service improved from 0% to over 90%, achieving significant cost savings and enhanced support KPIs. Prior to Miko, Sandeep held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at Furlenco, where strategic omnichannel customer support was established for multiple brands. Sandeep's career also includes roles such as Senior Manager of Operations at CPA Global and Manager of Operations at GENPACT LLC, with a foundation in customer support from earlier positions at Sitel and Intelenet Global Services. Sandeep holds an MBA in International Business and Finance from Amity University and a B.Com in Commerce from Delhi University.
