Karina Khachatrian

Karina Khachatrian is an experienced professional in sustainability and ESG, currently serving as the Head of ESG at Mikro Kapital since July 2021. Responsibilities include developing and coordinating strategies to ensure compliance with European legislation and international impact standards, managing external consultants, and preparing annual ESG reports. Prior to this, Karina worked at PwC Russia from June 2017 to July 2021 as a Sustainability Specialist, where activities included preparing sustainable development reports and implementing ESG policies. Earlier experience includes roles as a Media Intern at RODNYA PR Studio and an HR Intern at Ararat Park Hyatt Moscow. Karina holds two Master's degrees from the University of St. Gallen and Moscow State Institute of International Relations, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from MGIMO.
