Luciano Lagger

Luciano Lagger is an experienced professional with a background in research and development within the industrial automation sector. Since 1994, Luciano has served as R&D Manager at Mikron, focusing on the development of advanced production systems. Prior to this role, Luciano founded and led PFM Automatismi SA from June 2009 until April 2014, overseeing the design, manufacturing, and maintenance of industrial automation solutions until the company's production activities were absorbed by Faulhaber Minimotor SA. Earlier career contributions include serving as Head of R&D at Mikron SA Agno, where Luciano was responsible for new product development from April 1994 to June 2009. Luciano holds a Dipl Masch Ing ETH degree in Automotive Engineering from ETH Zürich, completed in 1994.
