Marsiglio Botta

Marsiglio Botta has over 40 years of professional experience in the field of information technology and human resources. Currently serving as an HR specialist at Mikron since January 2000, Marsiglio has developed a strong background in organizational dynamics. Prior to this role, responsibilities included leading IT initiatives at Hupac Intermodal from January 1990 to April 1994 and working as a programming analyst at Ceda Informatica from January 1980 to December 1989. Marsiglio's educational foundation is in atomic physics, having earned a degree as Perito Industriale in Fisica Atomica from ITIS Feltrinelli in Milan, where studies were completed from 1966 to 1971.
