Roger Ritter

Roger Ritter is a mechanical design engineer currently employed at Mikron since March 2022, following a year of self-reflection after a sabbatical. Prior to this, Roger held various project management roles at Mikron Automation from September 2004 to March 2021, where responsibilities included coordinating projects in Europe and Asia, managing teams of engineers, scheduling project tasks, and ensuring adherence to cost and deadline requirements. Roger's career began in industrial roles, including project leadership in assembly technology and instructional positions at Kraft Foods, where management of training and maintenance teams was key. Roger holds a Techniker TS degree in machinery from IBZ Schulen für Technik Informatik Wirtschaft Brugg, completed in 2003, and has a foundational education from Gymnasium Bäumlihof.
