Scapozza Matteo has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Scapozza started their career at Turbomach in 2003 as an intern. Scapozza then worked as a Development Engineer at Officine Ghidoni in 2006. Later that year, they joined ThyssenKrupp Presta as a Project Manager. In 2008, they moved to Bucher Leichtbau AG, where they held various roles including Project Leader Engineering and Program Manager. Scapozza joined Squadra Corse Quadrifoglio in 2007 as a Racing Driver. Most recently, they have been working at Mikron, initially as a Customer Project Manager, then as a Project Line Manager, and currently as the Head of Customer Projects NC Machines.

Scapozza Matteo completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zürich from 2000 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master of Advanced Studies in Business Administration at HTW Chur from 2007 to 2008. Prior to their university education, Matteo obtained their Maturità scientifica C degree in Sciences from Liceo Cantonale Bellinzona between 1996 and 2000. In addition to their academic background, Matteo has obtained various certifications, including an International (C) racing driver license from Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) in April 2016, a Swiss national racing driver license from FIA in April 2007, a skiing instructor J+S certification from Bundesamt für Sport BASPO in March 2006, an IELTS 7.5/9.0 certification from IELTS Official in August 2004, a snowboarding instructor J+S certification from Bundesamt für Sport BASPO in March 2000, and a trekking and outdoor sports instructor J+S certification from Bundesamt für Sport BASPO in August 1999.
