Hélène Clark

Hélène Clark has extensive experience in business and legal affairs within the entertainment industry, currently serving as Head of Business & Legal Affairs for Mikros Animation, The Mill, and MPC Film & Episodic, all part of the Technicolor Group, since June 2015. Hélène's previous role at Technicolor involved managing corporate aspects and negotiating partnership contracts for the Technicolor Foundation for Cinema Heritage, as well as serving as Senior Counsel in the Production Services Division and Connected Home Division. Early career positions include Head of Business & Legal Affairs for MK2 SA and roles at EMME INTERACTIVE, Lagardère Group, and Fox Lorber Associates. Hélène holds a Master of Entertainment Law and Business from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor of Laws with French Law and Language from the University of West London.
