Voncia Monchais

Voncia Monchais has extensive work experience in the education and youth engagement sector. Voncia began their career in 2005 as a Corps Member with Teach For America. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as a 5th Grade Reading/Language Arts Teacher at Santa Clara Elementary School in Miami Dade Public School. Voncia then moved on to Coral Reef Senior High School, where they served as an AP Government and African American History High School Teacher from 2007 to 2013.

In 2013, Voncia joined The Future Project, taking on multiple roles over the years. Voncia started as a Dream Director and Student Experience Designer, working from 2013 to 2017.
