John held various roles at MIL, progressively advancing to Senior Manager, Senior Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and finally, Senior Vice President. In their most recent role at MIL, they provided visionary leadership for the company's Software Development and Maintenance division within the Global Financial Services Sector. Their responsibilities included obtaining CMMI Assessment certification and driving continuous process improvement initiatives. Throughout their career, they played a key role in stabilizing operations, driving rapid growth, and positioning MIL as a major player in the financial systems management arena.

John Degni has a BA Degree in English from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, which they obtained in 1993. John also pursued an MBA Program at The Citadel, where they studied coursework in accounting, statistics, marketing, and economics. Additionally, John has obtained certifications as an Agile Certified Scrum Master and as a Project Management Professional (PMP).
