Fabrice Normandin

Fabrice Normandin is a Machine Learning Developer at Mila - Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute since January 2022, with a solid foundation in software engineering through multiple internships at Microsoft from 2016 to 2018. During these internships, Fabrice contributed to various teams, developing a Deep Semantic Similarity Model using TensorFlow, creating a user-facing Web component with AngularJS, and designing an internal monitoring tool for LiveSite incidents. Prior to these roles, Fabrice worked as a Lifeguard for Ville de Montréal from 2011 to 2015, ensuring safety and enforcing regulations at the pool. Fabrice holds a Master's degree in Machine Learning from Université de Montréal (2019-2021) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McGill University (2014-2018).
