Julia Kaltenborn

Julia Kaltenborn is a PhD student at Mila - Quebec Artificial Intelligence Institute since August 2021, following a Master's program in Computer Science at McGill University. Julia's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science from Universität Osnabrück, complemented by a semester abroad at Chuo University. Julia has gained diverse research experience, including roles as a research intern at the Climate Modeling Alliance, Institut national de la recherche scientifique, and the WSL Institute for Snow and Avalanche Research. Additionally, Julia has served as an undergraduate teaching assistant for various AI-related courses at Universität Osnabrück and completed a student position with the Juneau Icefield Research Program.
