Daniele Terranova is a distinguished professional in the legal and fiscal sectors, currently serving as Managing Partner at Terranova & Partners Studio Legale Tributario since March 2024. Daniele holds significant roles, including membership on the Justice Commission of Ordine Avvocati Milano and participation in the Technical Tax Group of Assolombarda since 2019. As the Founder of Observere and a former Partner at Studio Legale Associato Martinez & Novebaci, Daniele possesses extensive experience in tax law and financial security. Daniele's education includes advanced degrees in Procedural Fiscal Law and International Fiscal Law from the University of Rome Tor Vergata, as well as an Executive Master from SDA Bocconi, highlighting a robust academic background in law and finance.
