Marco Felisati

Marco Felisati serves as the Head of Human Resources for Roquette since May 2022 and has held dual roles as an Abogado with both the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid and Ordine Avvocati di Milano since May 2017. Previously, Marco was the HR Director at Costa Crociere S.p.A. from April 2014 to April 2022, overseeing HR strategies for a diverse workforce. Prior experience includes a role as HRBP and Training & Development Manager at Agatos Energia spa and positions in training and development within the luxury retail sector. Marco's earlier public service includes a decade of experience as Mayor, Vice Mayor, and Assessor for the Municipality of Trino, along with a significant tenure as a parliamentary assistant. Academic qualifications include master's degrees in law and advanced HR management from reputable institutions.
