Margherita Farina

Margherita Farina is an Associate Attorney and Pro Bono Fellow at JONES DAY® since August 2016, also serving as an Attorney At Law with the New York State Bar Association and an Avvocato with the Milan Bar Counsel since October 2016 and October 2018, respectively. Margherita has held editorial positions at the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law while pursuing advanced studies in law and technology at the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law. Educational background includes a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Law from the University of California, Berkeley, and a combined Bachelor and MSc of Law from Università Bocconi, complemented by participation in exchange programs and moot courts across international institutions.
