Arli Bianco

Arli Bianco has worked in a variety of roles in the beauty industry since 2016. Arli began their career as a Sales Floor Team Member at Savers | Value Village, where they were a Part-Time Lead Team Member and conducted meetings to develop sales goals and strategies. In 2018, they became a Seasonal Beauty Advisor at Ulta Beauty, where they demonstrated product knowledge and maintained inventory control. Arli then worked as a Freelance Makeup Artist at Makeup By Arli, having graduated from Cosmo Makeup Academy in 2018 with a certification in makeup artistry. In 2020, they founded and became President of Future Leaders in Beauty, where they designed and prepared weekly meeting agendas and developed and implemented goals on behalf of the members. In 2021, they worked as a Social, Influencer and PR Coordinator, PR and Digital Marketing Specialist, and Social Media Marketing Intern at Vault Cosmetics. In the same year, they also worked as a Public Relations Intern at The Brand Agency: Creative Communications and Public Relations Firm. Finally, in 2021 they worked as a Social Media Coordinator and Social Media Marketing Intern at Provision Scents. Currently, they are an International Marketing Specialist at Milani Cosmetics.

Arli Bianco attended Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) from 2018 to 2020, earning an Associate of Arts - AA in Beauty Marketing and Product Development with a 3.9 GPA and Magna Cum Laude. Arli then continued their studies at FIDM, pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Beauty Business Management, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
