Ben Menezes has held various roles in the finance and operations sectors over the past two decades. Ben'smost recent role is Chief Financial Officer at Milani Cosmetics, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Principal Owner of FHS International, Inc. from 2019. From 2012 to 2019, they were the Chief Financial and Operating Officer and Chief Operating Officer - International at Popcornopolis. From 2006 to 2012, they held various positions at Yankee Candle Company, including Vice President - Wholesale Finance and Operations, Vice President - Retail Finance and Analytics, and Director - Business Decision Support. Ben then went on to complete a Masters in Business Administration from Hawaii Pacific University between 1999 and 2000, with a focus on Finance and Marketing. In 2006, they acquired a Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University. Finally, in 2008, they earned an Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management in Strategy & Innovation.
