Kelly Sobol has over 20 years of experience in the beauty industry. Kelly began their career in 1999 as a Key Account Manager for L'Oréal. In 2006, they joined HEB as a Senior Buyer I, and was later promoted to Senior Buyer II and Director of Beauty. In 2011, they moved to Coty as Senior Director of Sales at OPI, where they established and managed strategic plans across Milani's Top US Customers. In 2018, they joined Milani Cosmetics as Senior Vice President of Sales & Customer Development, and Vice President of Sales for North America. In 2021, they became a Member of Women in Retail Leadership Circle.

Kelly Sobol obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Western Michigan University with a focus in Marketing and Economics. Kelly also attended Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.
