Lisa Hadjinian

Lisa Hadjinian has held various roles in finance and operations management since 2011. Lisa began their career as a Senior Financial Analyst at HP, followed by a Senior Finance Analyst role at Johnson & Johnson from 2016-2021. In 2021, they moved to Bondi Sands as a Senior Finance & Operations Manager and a Finance & Operations Manager. Most recently, they have been the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Milani Cosmetics since 2022. In their roles, they have been responsible for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, analyzing business decisions, and managing inventory.

Lisa Hadjinian attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a BBA in Business. Lisa then went on to pursue an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
